RAC staff includes...

· ABCH-American Board Certified Haircolorists (color PhD)

· Redken Color Certified Haircolorists

· "Redken Artists"- Redken trains and hires artists to teach salons and chains about current trends and Redken products.

· Full time teachers as well as guest teachers from local salons.

· Our instructors are dedicated to professionalism and excellence in education.  All instructors are licensed cosmetology teachers and have had extensive training in methodology. They are up-to-date on the latest salon skills and techniques.

· Our instructors have an interest in your success, and actually care about you as a person!

· Our goal is to prepare you to be an amazing hairdresser, so that when you graduate, you should have the skills to be “salon successful”.

Our parent company started RAC in order to focus on the skills that are important for success in a salon environment.

Employment

RAC assists their graduates in finding a job. We have graduates in most of the major salons in the greater Knoxville area.
