Welcome to Reuben-Allen College
Reuben-Allen College, an accredited School of Cosmetology, was established in 1985 by Ross the Boss, Inc. for the purpose of training future cosmetologists for employment at Ross the Boss & Co. Reuben-Allen College prepares our students for a career, not just to fulfill the board requirements for a license. For those students who choose to become an employee of Ross the Boss & Co. salons, we continue to provide training for career advancement through seminars and workshops.
